Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Aytaçlar İletişim Bilgisayar E-Ticaret Turizm Gıda Tarım Hayvancılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Aytaçlar", "we") processes personal data on the aytaclarsoft.com.tr website and in the apps and games we publish under the Aytaclar Soft brand. Aytaçlar is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data we collect on this website

• No cookies or tracking. This site uses no cookies, advertising or analytics tools. All files, including fonts, are served from our own host; there is no third-party tracking code. Only the contact page runs a Cloudflare Turnstile security check to prevent spam.
• Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. For security and reliability, Cloudflare may briefly keep technical logs such as IP address, browser information and request time.
• Contact form. When you submit the form, your name, email address, chosen topic and message are sent to us as an email through Cloudflare’s infrastructure; they are not stored in a database on this site. This information, and any email you send us directly, is used only to answer your request and run our business relationship.
• Browser storage. The high score of the game on the Lab page is kept only in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.

Our apps and games

The data collected by each app we publish on the App Store and Google Play is described in its store privacy label and, where needed, in an app-specific privacy notice. If there is no app-specific notice, this policy applies. Our general principles:

• We collect only the data an app needs to work.
• We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
• In apps with accounts, you can delete your account and related data in the app or by emailing us.
• Payments are processed by Apple’s and Google’s own payment systems; your card details never reach us.

Legal basis and retention

We process data under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the grounds of entering into and performing a contract, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests. Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for statutory retention periods, then deleted or anonymised.

Transfers

Servers of our hosting and email providers (e.g. Cloudflare) may be located outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made in line with KVKK Art. 9 and only to provide the service.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to info@aytaclarsoft.com.tr; we reply within 30 days.

Children

Our services do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
